Prices in roubles per night for 12-15 November 2026, 2 adults, taken from the first pages of Aviasales results on 23.10.2026. The last column is how many options in that category Aviasales found for those dates in total.

The ranges inside each category are wide. The cheapest four-star sample (RUB 4,489) undercuts the three-star median (RUB 6,082), while the priciest five-star costs more than three times its own category median. Another 20 of the 90 cards carry no stars at all: guest houses, apartments, flats and a few hotels with no stated category. Stars hint at the level, but dates and distance from the centre move the price just as much.

What Aviasales showed for these dates

For 12-15 November 2026 Aviasales found 488 options in total. More than half of them are not hotels in the usual sense:

• 263 under the "Apartments, flats" filter;
• 15 under "Aparthotels";
• 280 under "Kitchen";
• 140 under "Swimming pool";
• 145 under "Good for children".

Amenity filters are not precise. If a kitchen or a pool matters to you, switch the filter on, then open the photos and description of the place and check for yourself.

What "km from the centre" means

Every Aviasales card shows how many kilometres the property is from the city centre. Treat it as a pointer, not a route: it tells you nothing about walking time or hills on the way. Always check the address on the map.

A month in a hotel or a flat

If you are staying a while, work out a month: nightly rate × 30. Using the sample medians for 12-15 November:
