Villas and houses in Spain: what to know
Villas and houses in our catalogue: 29 properties, from 115 000 €, with a median of 525 000 € and a median size of 170 m². Of these, 14 properties have a private pool, and 8 properties list a sea view. In the south of the Costa Blanca, in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and Ciudad Quesada, these are houses in urbanisations close to town and the beaches. In the north, in Finestrat and around Benidorm, they are villas on the hillsides with mountain and sea views, often new. Work out the running costs of a villa in advance: the plot, the pool, IBI (local property tax) and insurance cost more than for an apartment. Above 1 million €, ITP on a resale purchase is 11% on the full price instead of 9%. On the video viewing we walk through the whole house and plot, and we complete the purchase remotely, by power of attorney. We will calculate the all-in cost with taxes and yearly bills for every house.
