In short
Property on the Costa Blanca: what to know
The Costa Blanca is the coastline of the province of Alicante, home to more than two million people according to official figures for early 2025. Almost our entire Spain catalogue is here: 131 of 139 properties, from 70 000 €, with a median of 230 000 €. The coast falls into two quite different parts. The south (Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa) has a flat shoreline, salt lagoons and the most affordable prices: Torrevieja alone accounts for 79 properties. The north (Benidorm, Finestrat, Villajoyosa, Calpe) has mountains running down to the sea, villas with views and noticeably higher prices. In all, 57 properties are within 500 m of the sea. The whole Costa Blanca belongs to the Valencian Community, so the tax on a resale purchase is 9% everywhere. We show properties on video and complete the purchase remotely, by power of attorney.
