The Balcony

The Balcony is built in Nai Yang, the quietest part of Phuket, next to a national park and a few minutes' drive from the international airport. For people who fly often this is a major advantage: the drive from the southern areas of the island takes about an hour, from here it takes minutes.

The project's concept is low density. Nine buildings only five floors high stand on a 22,027 m² site, with 175 apartments in total. This is a fundamentally different format from high-rise development: between the buildings there is space and greenery rather than rows of parking.

The complex's facilities include a pool, a gym, a sauna and an onsen — Japanese thermal baths, a rare format for Phuket. There are 153 parking spaces, including 6 spaces for guests with limited mobility and 27 spaces for motorbikes.

We would also point out that buildings H and I are pet-friendly. This is an important detail that is often discovered too late: a significant share of Thai condominiums ban pets by a decision of the owners' general meeting, and where pets are allowed, the status often applies not to the whole complex but to specific buildings.

Nai Yang suits a quiet way of life: a national-park beach, minimal development and no nightlife. For a landlord this means relying on long-term tenants and guests who value quiet, rather than on the flow from the tourist centres.

Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Prices start from 5,728,900 baht, with the 30/70 payment scheme and no interest during construction. Apartments are available to foreigners as freehold within the building's quota.
