The Balcony is built in Nai Yang, the quietest part of Phuket, next to a national park and a few minutes' drive from the international airport. For people who fly often this is a major advantage: the drive from the southern areas of the island takes about an hour, from here it takes minutes.

The project's concept is low density. Nine buildings only five floors high stand on a 22,027 m² site, with 175 apartments in total. This is a fundamentally different format from high-rise development: between the buildings there is space and greenery rather than rows of parking.
