Why an apartment often works better with kids
In a hotel room everything happens in one space: the baby goes down at eight and the adults sit in the dark. A flat may have a separate bedroom and sometimes a kitchen for familiar food. May, not will: check the kitchen and the number of bedrooms in the description and photos.
Examples from the 12-15 November 2026 results where the listing name itself states the number of bedrooms or rooms (price per night for 2 adults):
| Listing | To centre | Per night |
|---|---|---|
| Two-bedroom apartment with balcony in the centre by Sweet Home | 0.7 km | 12,484 ₽ |
| Two-room flat in a new building, Derenik Demirchyan St, DE140 | 1.3 km | 10,101 ₽ |
| Two-room flat in a new building, Derenik Demirchyan St, DE114 | 1.3 km | 11,223 ₽ |
All three had only 2-3 guest ratings. That is not a reason to skip them, but it is a reason to read reviews closely and ask the host questions before paying.

Checklist before you book
- Beds. How many and what kind: two singles, a sofa bed, a cot on request. Message the hotel in advance; there may be one cot for the whole floor.
- Cancellation. Free until which date, and what happens after that.
- Floor and lift. A fifth floor with no lift and a pushchair is a workout.
- Kitchen. A hob or just a kettle, and is there a fridge and cookware.
- Noise. Courtyard or busy street: the reviews will tell you.
- Heating. November in Yerevan is already cool, so ask how the place is heated.
