Three trip lengths, two ways to pay
One week
5 GB for $10.80 or 7 days unlimited for $28.80. That is $18.00 apart: unlimited only earns it if you tether a laptop or stream a lot.
Two weeks
10 GB for $19.20 or 15 days unlimited for $42.00. The extra $22.80 is nearly another 10 GB plan.
A month
30 GB for $30.00, a gigabyte a day, or 30 days unlimited for $51.60. In Armenia a month of unlimited is $68.40.
Unlimited in Slovakia only comes in 1, 7, 15 and 30-day versions. Any plan's clock starts when your phone first joins the network, not on the day you buy.

One day costs more than at home
Data plans in Slovakia are cheaper than in Armenia: 1 GB is $2.40 against $3.00, 30 GB is $30.00 against $33.60. The daily unlimited goes the other way: $4.80 against $4.20 in Armenia. For a single day of a layover or a quick meeting, 1 GB for 30 days at $2.40 costs half as much.
Slovakia plan or Europe plan
Slovakia is part of the Europe & UK regional plan covering 33 countries. It is priced like Armenia, so for Slovakia alone the local plan is cheaper:
| 30-day data | Slovakia | Europe & UK |
|---|---|---|
| 1 GB | $2.40 | $3.00 |
| 5 GB | $10.80 | $11.52 |
| 10 GB | $19.20 | $19.20 |
| 20 GB | $24.00 | $26.40 |
| 30 GB | $30.00 | $33.60 |
If you carry on through Europe after Slovakia, the regional plan saves you a second eSIM. At 10 GB the price is identical.
Networks and cities
- The Yesim page lists three networks: O2 and Orange on LTE, Telekom on 5G.
- Coverage cities named include Bratislava, Košice and Žilina.
- Data only, with no number, calls or SMS. Dial *#06# to check eSIM support: you need an EID line.
