Client reviews

I asked about the search for long-term housing. Many thanks to Mary, she quickly guided me through the options and cost, and answered all my questions. We met at a viewing. She helped to discuss all the issues with the owner, explained all the questions that were unclear to her. According to the agreement, we also discussed all the important issues for us - we added additional points and signed them! Thanks! I'll contact you again!

The guys did an excellent job, they didn't throw into a frenzied hype on 09.26. They always respond to messages and send options, even in difficult cases such as mine with two dogs! Well done! Thank you very much! Special thanks to the manager of Mery and Vlad!

Many thanks to this agency, but special thanks to Mary, she picked up a great place, taking into account the high prices, was found below the market, and also with excellent repairs and views !!! Contact her !!!

I want to leave an exceptionally positive review about the realtor Jean. He explained everything, answered all the questions, managed to negotiate the best price for a rented apartment, and gave me a ride to the place of the transaction. He is an incredibly intelligent, competent and sympathetic specialist and person. I recommend it to everyone!

Thank you so much for your help! We are very grateful for your work and attentive attitude. They helped us out in a difficult situation, explained everything in detail and helped us resolve all issues. I am especially pleased that even after the transaction, they said that they can contact you for any questions. A very good and responsive specialist, we definitely recommend it! 🙏 The realtor is Jean, kind, friendly, and just a good person!!

The realtor Minas helped us. A professional in his field. I prepared the contract as if I was going to buy this apartment, everything is in detail, all the points are clear, super. He was also present at the acceptance of the apartment, recorded all defects and shortcomings. Thank you, excellent specialist

Thanks a lot @ArthurWSE for helping with the apartment! He selected many good options for our requests, helped with communication with the owners and was able to agree on various conditions. In the end, we found a great option, everything went quickly and without unnecessary headaches. I was always in touch and really tried to help, not just close the deal. I definitely recommend it

"Individual approach" is about guys and girls who wholeheartedly approach the needs of each client. Many thanks to everyone who helps to find a new home in a new country every day. Attention and professionalism helped us quickly find affordable housing for our needs.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Robert and Minas. I wrote to them at 10 p.m. on Saturday, and on Sunday morning we went to sign the contract. We found an apartment with a great renovation at a good price. The guys drew up all the papers, we just had to sign. I recommend it!

We are immensely grateful to Minas for his help with renting an apartment. The review and conclusion of the contract took place very quickly and without unnecessary difficulties. Minas was always in touch and helped to sort out all the nuances. I would like to mention his kindness and professional approach separately. It was very comfortable and pleasant to work with him. We definitely recommend Minas as an excellent specialist!

They helped me find an apartment in a day, Jean chose the right option very quickly, went to see it, and the next day they already signed the contract and stopped by! Many thanks to Jean, Nikolai and Anna!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the agency staff wse.am - Arthur and Minas. I came from St. Petersburg to study in Yerevan. I needed help finding inexpensive but good housing. Despite the fact that it's July and the demand for housing is very high, they helped me very quickly - in 2 days they found an apartment with excellent repair and sincere owners. Thank you so much for your warm attitude and responsiveness. I recommend it to all those who are interested in finding a place to live!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the agency and the realtor Minas especially! Minas helped us rent an apartment remotely. I was always in touch, I picked up an apartment with the accommodation of our dog. I shot a video in an apartment I liked and arranged a video call with the owner. In general, everything was prompt, completely transparent and taking into account our wishes. Minas, we will only come to you for the next apartment! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I am very grateful to Alexander for his promptness and clarity: he offered the apartment as soon as it was put up for rent, quickly organized a screening, as a result, we managed to rent an excellent apartment in one day. It is especially important that he was able to negotiate with the owners, and they agreed to the cat's accommodation. I also thank Mark and Minas for their support and concern. Everything went smoothly and well. I recommend it!

I found an apartment through WSE.AM . First, I looked at the options on the website. I liked the fact that the apartments are real and the prices correspond to what is indicated in the ad. No fake ads and “already completed.” I chose the appropriate option, quickly organized the viewing and helped with the execution of the contract. Everything went smoothly and without too much fuss. I recommend it if you are looking for accommodation in Yerevan.

I am very pleased with the purchase of an apartment through this agency. The transaction was quick and as comfortable as possible, all stages were clear and transparent. Special thanks to realtor Minas - he helped me sort out all the legal issues and accompanied me from the beginning to the completion of the transaction.

As the owner, I was satisfied with the cooperation with the agency. The apartment was rented quickly and on good terms, all issues were resolved promptly. Special thanks to realtor Minas for his professionalism and responsibility.

For the first time, I chose an apartment completely online, without personal views. To be honest, at first there were doubts, but everything went as comfortably and transparently as possible. Agent David conducted a detailed video screening, showed not only the apartment itself, but also the courtyard, the entrance, answered all my questions. When I arrived and saw the apartment live, it completely corresponded to what I saw on the video, no surprises) I can say that this format is quite working. It's important not to be shy about asking questions and asking to see everything that matters to you - plumbing, electrics, the view from the window, the entrance, repair details, etc. A good agent, as in my case, will help you save time and get the option you're looking for. I recommend David for his professionalism and attentive attitude!

I've worked with realtor David twice. Both times there were different requests for finding a family home, a suitable apartment was selected in 1-2 views, and thk has an excellent collection of relevant apartments. It was a pleasure talking to David, and I also recommend him to my friends if necessary.

A very cool realtor agency that stands out in the general realtor market in Armenia. There are no bulkheads to attract attention, no "there is no this option, but I will send you others", only real options. We selected the apartment precisely on request, perfectly agreed the terms with the tenant. 10/10.
