CASA NOI is a boutique resort of 21 villas (1–2 bedrooms, 1–2 storeys) on the south-east coast of Samui, 150 metres from quiet Chaweng Noi Beach, with exclusive sea access and private sunbeds. The project's concept: "a villa for the price of a condo" — a fully-fledged private tropical home with a private garden and terrace plus a full set of resort amenities.
The architecture reinterprets tropical living in a bold language: terracotta-red façades with black-and-white Riviera-style awnings, recognisable and photogenic. Inside — Tropical Deco: vaults with a woven-cane texture, terrazzo, handcrafted furniture and a palette of indigo, sand and sunset tones. Every detail is optimised for comfort and photogenic rentals.
Two villa types:
- 1-bedroom (single-storey): a spacious hotel-style suite — 49–50 m² inside + a 22 m² private terrace with a sala, plot ~170 m², sleeps 2.
- 2-bedroom (two-storey): a fully-fledged villa with two bedrooms and a shared area on the ground floor — 119 m² inside + a 28 m² terrace, plot ~220 m², sleeps up to 6.
Resort amenities: a shared pool and pool bar, a cafe and restaurant, a fresh bar, fitness, hammam and sauna, a kids' area, an open-air cinema, a BBQ area, beach access. Total site area — 7,634.8 m², slightly raised terrain (flood protection), natural ventilation.
