CASA BLANCA Residences is a Mediterranean-Moorish villa resort on a hill above the sea on the south-east coast of Samui, next to the CASA NOI project by the same developer (Land Scout Asia). The resort unfolds in three connected collections with a single design code:
- Laguna — by the water: a winding lagoon pool and private terraces; these villas stand closest to the water with direct access to the lagoon.
