4-bedroom villa · cascade in SOHO Residence

SOHO Residence is a premium villa resort of 11 villas (3–4 bedrooms) in the north-east of Samui (Choeng Mon / Plai Laem), built on the principle of cascading terraces: stepped levels integrate the villas into the natural landscape, maximise light and open up views. The project is designed for an affluent audience looking not just for a home but for a unique resort experience.

Premium specification: materials resistant to the tropical climate, bespoke furniture and appliances, full turnkey furnishing (electronics, tableware, textiles, decor) — ready for living and rental from day one. The design and cascading architecture increase rental rates and shorten payback.
